Sales & Customer Success Intern

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and physical platforms.
• Provide support for sales activities, including customer outreach and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and materials.
• Help maintain and update CRM tools to track customer interactions and leads.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and site visits to promote our projects.

• Education: Recent graduate or student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of work experience.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
