We understand the importance of flexible payment options. We offer payment plans of up to 12 months for CFA Francs payments with interest and 12 months for dollar/euro/chf payments with interest. Additionally, dollar payments for up to 12 months are interest-free. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 15% is required, and any once-off payments will attract a discount. The vendor is responsible for the 5% PTT. The purchaser will be responsible for their own lawyer’s conveyance costs.

The initial 15% is refundable up until the signing of the contract of sale. Your 15% is safe and deposited into our lawyers' trust account.

Instalments only start on the signing of the contracts by which time the beacon will be laid, and the plot is available for viewing.
